Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping
While fulfillment times can vary, we typically allow 3-5 business days for your order to print and ship (business days don't include the weekend). Depending on the size of your print, they will either be shipped out via USPS (18"x24" and below) or UPS (20"x30" sizes and above). If your order needs to go out with a specific courier, please alert us at help@headwestprints.com. After your print is shipped, delivery usually ranges from 5-8 days. All in all, most customers receive their print between 10-12 days, but we allow up to 15 days to deliver.
Often times a print can get lost or misplaced in transit by our couriers. If a print goes more than 10 days without a tracking or delivery update (and given that the address provided was correct) we'll send a priority replacement.
If your order is marked as delivered by UPS or USPS and you did not receive the order, you must file a claim with the courier. Once USPS or UPS responds to your claim, we're usually able to provide a replacement order (these are handled on a case by case basis).
If the address provided was incorrect or failed to deliver at the provided address resulting in your order being returned to us, we must wait until the order is returned at which point we can update your delivery address and send the order back out. Please note that return shipments are deprioritized and may take much longer to get back to our fulfillment centers.
Return Policy
As we're a print-on-demand shop, meaning that each print is created to order, we don't accept returns or replacements for misorders, incorrect sizes, or a changed minds. There's simply no warehouse to return! If your print arrives damaged in any way from shipping, please send clear photos of the damage to help@headwestprints.com, and we'll ship you out priority replacement asap!
